DFA Coaching Program – Master Specification

Public Client Tiers (End Users):

Mission: Help individuals and organisations implement the CARS Privacy System to complete the 10 Steps and build their Escape CARS, with targeted help on specific issues in digital life.

  1. Walker (Free) – Starter
  2. Jogger (Coaching) – $75 USD/month
  3. Runner (Add-on Coaching Rooms) – Per-room pricing layered on top of Jogger

Coach Tiers (Trailblazer Program):

  • Sprinter – Level 1 (Privacy Pathfinder)
  • Marathoner – Level 2 (Privacy Guardian)
  • Triathlete – Level 3 (Privacy Strategist)
  • Olympian – Level 4 (Digital Freedom Architect, DFA Certified)

Levels 1–3 operate within the DFA Coaching service.
Level 4 operates as an independent, certified coach using DFA infrastructure.

Walker Level (Free):

Jogger Level (Coaching) — $75/month

  • Members Area

Notes:

  • Feature parity for end users is identical regardless of how they access Jogger (direct retail, referred, or token seat).
  • Privacy-first experience with optional alias accounts for token users.

Runner Level (Add-On: Private Coaching Rooms)

Positioning:
Runner is an upgrade path for Jogger members who want private, topic-focused rooms with a 24-hour SLA and escalation to higher-level coaches as needed.

Pricing (Client-Facing):

  • Jogger base: $75/month
  • First Runner Room:$375/month total, which includes Jogger
    • Internally treated as \$75 (Jogger) + \$300 (first Runner room)
  • Each additional Runner Room: $300/month

Examples:

  • 1 Runner room → $375/month total
  • 2 Runner rooms → $375 + $300 = $675/month
  • 3 Runner rooms → $375 + (2 × $300) = $975/month

Key Properties of Each Runner Room:

  • Single-topic focus at any given time
    • Each room has one active focus/issue.
    • Topic can be changed at any time, including back to a previous topic.
    • The point: coaches only deal with a single issue per room at a time, not the entire life history of the client.
  • Coach assignment
    • The same coach is not guaranteed.
    • “Whoever is available” may respond; more eyes on the issue, better coverage.
  • Interaction rule
    • Only the most recent message is directly responded to.
    • Multiple-message history is not automatically reviewed; client must surface relevant context.
  • Time budget per request
    • The coach will be able to answer or provide a solution.
    • If the coach determines they cannot do so in a “reasonable time frame” then:
      • The issue is escalated to a more senior coach (Level 2 or Level 3).
      • It may be submitted to the Private Coach Forums for review by all coaches.
  • SLA
    • 24-hour response time per new question/support request.
  • Parallelisation / Fast Track
    • A member can have multiple Runner rooms so they can work on multiple issues concurrently (one active topic per room).

Core Outcomes

  • Complete the 10 Steps framework and build Escape CARS (customised privacy architecture).
  • Provide targeted support on specific domains:
    • Identity and accounts
    • Communications
    • Payments and money
    • Devices and networks
    • Data hygiene and storage
    • Other digital life issues aligned with CARS

Structure

  • Modules mapped to the 10 Steps with clear milestones.
  • Workbook tasks + Playtime assignments for hands-on application.
  • Secure Rooms for focused work and consulting (by module and topic).
  • VAPA Virtual Assistants to accelerate tasks, checklists, and troubleshooting.

Progression

  • Walker → Jogger pathway encourages upgrading when ready for coaching, assistants, and rooms.
  • Jogger → Runner pathway for clients who want structured, topic-based private coaching with escalation.

Retail (Direct, Jogger + Runner)

  • Jogger: $75/month per seat
  • Runner (Add-on Rooms):
    • First Runner room: $375/month (includes Jogger)
    • Additional Runner rooms: $300/month each

Referral Program (One-Level)

  • $25/month recurring payout per active referral
  • Referrer must maintain their own $75/month Jogger membership to receive payouts
  • “3 referrals = free” incentive; unlimited referrals beyond
  • Payouts processed by DFA (SWIFT or alternatives), with a 30-day hold and minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50)

Tokens (Reseller/Organisation Seats)

  • Base: $50/month per seat
  • Discount Tiers (accumulative; applied upon request once active paid seats hit threshold; retroactive to current cycle allowed):
    • 1–9 seats: $50.00 (0%)
    • 10–24 seats: $47.50 (5%)
    • 25–49 seats: $45.00 (10%)
    • 50–74 seats: $42.50 (15%)
    • 75–99 seats: $42.50 (15%)
    • 100+ seats: $40.00 (20%)
  • Reseller sets end-user price and can bundle/value-add.
  • DFA invoices reseller; tokens auto-expire if unpaid after 5–7 day grace.
  • Privacy: token seats can operate alias-only; DFA doesn’t require end-user PII.

Getting Started

  • Join Jogger ($75/month) to unlock your referral code and dashboard.
  • Share your code/link—anyone who signs up via your link becomes your referee.

Earnings

  • $25/month per active referee, while your own membership is active.
  • 3 active referrals → effective Jogger cost $0.
  • 4+ referrals → monthly income at $25 per additional referral.

Payouts

  • 30-day hold to cover refunds/chargebacks.
  • Minimum threshold (e.g., $50) for payout runs.
  • If your membership lapses, payouts pause; accrual resumes when active (no retro payouts for paused months).

Join as a Reseller

  • Buy token seats in any quantity; base $50/seat/month.
  • Seats are accumulative for discount qualification; must be “paying for” the threshold number to activate a tier.

Requesting Discounts

  • When you hit 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 active paid seats (and cumulatively purchased at least that many), request tier activation.
  • New pricing applied to all active seats going forward; optional credit for current billing cycle.

Managing Seats

  • Assign token IDs to end users; they redeem on DFA and can use aliases.
  • Suspend or reassign seats from your dashboard.
  • Maintain threshold counts to retain discount tiers.

End-User Referrals

  • Token users can invite others; to earn payouts, they must hold an active Jogger retail membership.

Retail (Jogger + Runner)

  • Payment data stays with the processor; DFA holds minimal account metadata.
  • Runner rooms can be alias-based to protect identity.

Token Seats

  • Alias-only supported.
  • DFA stores token_id, status, and seat alias; no end-user PII required.

Forums/Rooms

  • Encourage alias usage where appropriate.
  • Moderators enforce privacy norms and community safety guidelines.

  • Account/Admin Room: onboarding, billing, settings, profile/alias.
  • Training Modules Rooms: each CARS module and 10 Steps milestone has its own room with pinned guides.
  • Playtime Rooms: hands-on assignments, weekly activities, peer accountability.
  • VAPA Assistants Rooms: task bots, checklists, and flows for common privacy tasks.
  • Support Rooms: general and specialised support, SIGs for niche topics.
  • Runner Private Rooms: per-topic rooms with 24-hour SLA and escalation paths.
  • Referrals Room/Tab: track active referrals, payouts, and code/link.

Walker (Free)

  • Sign up → download Workbook → start Playtime assignments → nudged to upgrade to Jogger for rooms, coaching, and assistants.

Jogger (Direct or Referred)

  • Pay $75 → access members area → set alias → join modules, Playtime, and assistants → copy referral code.

Runner (Add-On)

  • Upgrade from Jogger → purchase first Runner room ($375 incl. Jogger).
  • Configure first topic for the room.
  • Optionally add more Runner rooms ($300 each) for parallel issues.

Reseller/Org

  • Sign reseller agreement → buy tokens → receive token IDs → distribute to end users → request tier activation upon threshold → manage renewals.

Referral Program

  • One-level payouts; unlimited referrals.
  • Must be an active Jogger member to receive payouts.
  • 30-day hold; minimum $50 payout threshold; anti-gaming applies.

Runner Rooms

  • One active topic per room at a time; topic can be changed as needed.
  • Coaches respond only to the most recent message; prior history is not auto-reviewed.
  • Up to ~10 minutes of coach time per new request before escalation.
  • 24-hour response SLA.
  • Unusually complex matters may be escalated to senior coaches and/or the Coach Forum.

Token Program

  • Accumulative tier qualification; request to activate; retro credit to current cycle permitted.
  • Maintain threshold active paid seats to retain tier; grace 1–2 months then deactivation.
  • Reseller handles downstream billing/KYC/tax; DFA ensures parity of features and privacy guidelines.

Community and Rooms

  • Respect confidentiality, no doxxing.
  • Follow moderators’ directives for privacy and safety.

The Trailblazer program spreads Digital Freedom by empowering people to learn through teaching. Coaches guide clients on their journey to Digital Freedom, helping them forge a path to privacy, security, and autonomy in the digital age.

Prerequisites

  • Genuine desire to help others on their path to digital freedom and a willingness to learn.
  • Completion of the 10 Steps to Escape the Big Tech Digital Prison course.
  • Alignment with the 12 Principles of Digital Freedom.
  • Subscription to The Jogger (with the potential to offset this via earnings).
  • Provide sufficient information to enable DFA to determine you are genuine and committed.
  • Future membership of a DFA Private Members Association (PMA).

Most coaches will start at Level 1, with scope to advance based on competency and experience. Levels 1–3 operate inside DFA Coaching; Level 4 is certified and independent.

Level 1 – Sprinter

Title: Sprinter – The Initiate (Privacy Pathfinder)
Role:

  • Coach-in-training, focused on basic digital privacy and foundational CARS tasks.
  • Learns essential techniques to guide others through entry-level issues.
  • Supported by more experienced coaches as they build confidence.

Internal pay: $25/hour
Work:

  • Handle straightforward Runner room questions and Jogger support.
  • Escalate anything beyond capability or time budget to Level 2 or 3.

Level 2 – Marathoner

Title: Marathoner – The Endurance Seeker (Privacy Guardian)
Role:

  • Intermediary coach with deeper expertise.
  • Focus on long-term privacy habits and intermediate CARS applications.
  • Supports Level 1 coaches and learns from Level 3 and Level 4.

Internal pay: $50/hour
Work:

  • Take escalated issues from Level 1.
  • Help clients develop consistent privacy practices over time.
  • Help handle evolving digital threats and more complex setups.

Level 3 – Triathlete

Title: Triathlete – The Versatile Defender (Privacy Strategist)
Role:

  • Advanced coach capable of handling complex, multi-faceted privacy scenarios.
  • Works across identity, communications, payments, data hygiene, devices, networks, etc.
  • Key resource for escalations and coach forum discussions.

Internal pay: $75/hour
Work:

  • Take and resolve escalated Runner room issues that require advanced judgment.
  • Design and refine Escape CARS architectures with clients.
  • Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 coaches.

Level 4 – Olympian

Title: Olympian – The Elite Champion (Digital Freedom Architect)
Role:

  • DFA Certified Digital Freedom Coach.
  • Operates as an independent practitioner using DFA infrastructure.
  • Sets their own rates and manages their own clients.
  • Embodies mastery and mentorship, guiding both clients and coaches.

Compensation:

  • Not paid via DFA’s internal hourly rates.
  • Monetises directly through client relationships while using DFA platforms, rooms, and materials.

Expected Competency (high-level draft):

  • Strong digital literacy and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Deep fluency in the CARS Privacy System and the full 10 Steps.
  • Ability to design personalised Escape CARS plans.
  • Demonstrated coaching hours and positive outcomes.
  • Undergoes a formal evaluation / assessment process.
