Welcome to digitalfreedomalliance.net (the “Site”), the online hub for the Digital Freedom Alliance (“DFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). These TOS govern your use of the Site and the information provided herein.

These terms apply to all visitors who access the Site for informational purposes only and are not registered members of the DFA PMA or any project.

2. Terms for DFA PMA Members

DFA members are governed by the Private Members Association (PMA) Agreement and Code of Conduct, which supersede these TOS with respect to member behavior and participation DFA websites and services.


3. Terms for Project Repositories

The Site hosts various projects within the DFA network. Each project may have its own Terms of Service, policies, and guidelines.

Project-Specific Terms:
When accessing a project repository or page, you agree to comply with that project’s specific TOS and policies if they exist.

Default Terms:
If a project does not have its own TOS, the default DFA Website TOS apply.

Content Responsibility:
Projects are responsible for their own content and governance. DFA is not liable for project-specific content or actions.


General Provisions

Modifications:
DFA reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
